Returns Policy

 
Please note the following for those who wish to return goods:

We would like you to be a 110% confident in making purchases from partyworld.ie.

To this effect if you are unsatisfied with products purchased on our site we are happy to offer you a full refund on the price of the item once returned within a 7 day cooling off period, as per the Distant Selling Act.
  •      Please phone (051) 338269 to arrange your return. Have your name and address at hand.
  •      Returned goods must be returned in the original packaging with labels still attached.
  •     Any goods supplied in sealed packaging cannot be returned if opened
  •     Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  •     Goods must be accompanied with the receipt and a note stating the reason for the return.
  •     Costumes must not been worn and must not smell of perfume, smoke or other odours.
  •     All costume garments and accessories must be included when returned

Shipping and Packaging  costs both to and from us will remain the responsibility of the costumer and refunds will be only for the purchase price of the item.

For hygiene reasons there are no exchanges for personal items such as - Tutus, False Teeth, Masks, Wigs, stockings,  Tights, Borat ManKini's, Underwear etc.

During our busy seasons of Halloween and Christmas please allow up to 14 Working days for refunds to be processed
