Sequin Dorothy dress. The top of the dress is made of a white satin effect. There are a blue and white checkered trim around the neckline and cuffs. The skirt of the dress is accented all over with sequins. The apron straps are sewn onto the top of the dress and have two white buttons. Shiny sequins cover the body of the apron from top to bottom and a white lace trimmed petticoat is sewn onto the underside of the dress.
